Bertram Capital acquired Charlotte, NC based specialty flow control and fluid handling distribution platform, Flow Control Group, in 2019 and partnered with its management team to employ a buy and build strategy, growing the business three-fold during its hold period. Bertram completed a majority recapitalization with private equity firm, KKR in March of 2021.
